About the role:

As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be the central communication hub of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations and supporting the team in delivering the exceptional standards of cleanliness and service for which Four Seasons is renowned. You will play a vital role in facilitating communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
You will manage departmental administration, monitor room status updates, coordinate work assignments, and assist with the efficient handling of guest requests. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience and operational success of the department.
In addition to supporting daily operations, you will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, coordinate inventory requests, and assist departmental leaders with scheduling, training documentation, and various administrative tasks. Through effective communication and a service-focused approach, you will help ensure a seamless experience for both guests and colleagues.

What you will do:

• Coordinate daily communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments.
• Monitor and update room statuses, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of room readiness.
• Dispatch and track guest requests, housekeeping assignments, and maintenance requests to support operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping leadership team, including reporting, filing, and documentation.
• Answer departmental telephone calls professionally and respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
• Maintain departmental records, inventories, lost and found documentation, and other operational logs in accordance with hotel standards.
• Support scheduling, onboarding administration, training records, and other departmental initiatives as required.
• Ensure all communication reflects Four Seasons standards of professionalism, accuracy, and guest-centric service.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, Rooms Division, Administration, or a similar hospitality environment is considered an asset

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Guest-centric mindset and positive, service-oriented attitude

• Fluency in English, any additional language is an advantage

• EU work authorization

• Primarily AM and PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.
