Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service. Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a compassionate, team-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Pay Range: $17.48 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas in accordance with community standards.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with laundry services and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and fellow team members.
• Support a positive resident experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, ethical, and compassionate in all interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
