About the location:
Blending imaginative urban design on the banks of the St. Johns River, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will be the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards, ideally located adjacent to the Sports Complex and proposed Stadium of the Future – a renovated and reimagined EverBank Stadium that will serve as home to the Jacksonville Jaguars while playing host to national and international sports and entertainment events for generations to come.Summary

As part of a second phase, Owner is actively exploring additional opportunities such as (i) developing additional residential on a 5 acre adjacent parcel and (ii) acquiring beach front land in Jacksonville Beach (approximately 30 minutes from the Project) to create a Beach Club experience for hotel guests as well as local members

Proven track record of operational excellence, strong guest-centric mindset, and advanced problem-solving capabilities
Ability to balance operational discipline with innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Will support the learning and development function to ensure within this new employee market they understand luxury service
Out of the box thinker who can support ideas on how we can leverage partnerships with local sports and entertainment to enhance hotel and residential experiences
People
Culture Carrier, Mentor and Collaborator with a strong leadership presence and experience to lead from the front and inspire a team, including both tenured and emerging Department Heads, while maintaining alignment and accountability across all functions in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
Skilled in navigating a highly engaged, strong-minded ownership group
Ability to deal with high expectation residents, board of directors and work closely with DOR on operational harmony and synergies between the Hotel and Residences
Needs to be at ease with themselves – mature, confident and assertive, yet humble with strong EQ.
Navigation of leading in a new market with limited luxury experience; hands on coach and mentor to model luxury service
Product
High level of creativity with a refined sense of style and attention to detail, ensuring the hotel experience remains distinctive and competitive with a focus on guest metrics (Forbes, GES, Michelin Keysetc….)
Support and align team on project management to deliver service products
Strong F&B understanding to influence and manage restaurant group relationships and concepts on property

Strategic thinker with solid business acumen, capable of driving performance, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability with a long term/strategic outlook approach
Ability to manage labor standards in conjunction with business/product objectives in mind, including brand objective, local positioning, owner objectives
