About the Role

Working from our modern facilities in the Yarra Valley, our Hospitality and Sales Attendant supports the day-to-day operation of the Cellar Door across a range of guest-facing areas. This role offers daytime hours only, a rarity in hospitality and retail, and the opportunity to be part of a welcoming team focused on delivering a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

•      Provide friendly and efficient service to guests across the Cellar Door, including hosting, seating, and general guest assistance.

•      Assist with food and beverage service and sales, including taking and processing orders.

•      Support retail service and sales within the boutique and other service areas.

•      Help coordinate guest flow, seating plans, and reservations as required.

•      Restock shelves, fridges, and service areas to maintain smooth daily operations.

•      Service sections, rooms, or guest areas independently as required.

•      Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across guest-facing spaces.

•      Support team operations and provide general assistance to less experienced attendants where needed.

About You:

•      A customer-focused and reliable team member with a positive attitude.

•      Previous hospitality, guest service, or retail experience is welcomed, but not essential.

•      Comfortable working across a variety of guest-facing areas with general direction.

•      Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to service.

•      Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, with weekday availability also desirable.
