BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse, RN for an opportunity to perform home health visits with adult and senior patients. This office works with clients located throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We can offer a per diem, part time, or full time weekend schedule.
Please note that current or recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting with OASIS (especially Start of Care) documentation is required for this position.
As a home health RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
- Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
- Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
- Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
- Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

- Comfortable making real-time clinical decisions without immediate on-site support
- Strong problem-solving skills in unpredictable home environments
- Ability to manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits

- Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations
- Comfortable providing care in varied home environments
- Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules
- Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse:
- A current RN license in good standing in the state of Nevada.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years.
