Elite is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Director of Clinical Services to join our leadership team in providing exceptional home health and hospice care. What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Clinical Managers and field clinicians. 
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient care, clinical outcomes, documentation, and quality measures. 
• Support appropriate staffing, scheduling, and clinical resource allocation
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to clinical team members
• Promote strong communication, accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in Washington and Idaho.
• Previous home health, hospice, or other community-based clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical regulations, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
• Ability to balance clinical priorities with operational and organizational needs
• A leader who is approachable, accountable, collaborative, and committed to developing others.

Salary: $100,000 - 125,000
