Short Job Description

The ideal Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of earthmoving and pipeline equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, emissions and hydraulic issues
Perform scheduled maintenance as required
Use computer diagnostic tools for multiple manufactures
Look up and order parts as needed
Document and complete all paperwork as required
All tasks assigned by Service / Fleet manager

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Familiarity with Caterpillar / Deere / OTR equipment is preferred
Working knowledge of T4 an T4F emissions systems
Proficiency with OEM systems for parts look up and ordering
