The Company:

VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn’t be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night.

We’re a young and energetic company, we’ve had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention – just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot – we also need driven and talented people to join our team.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Health Promotion Program Lead (leveling dependent on experience) to join our Behavioral Science (BeSci) team. This is a behavior change specialist role: you will own the design of long-term health promotion programs and build an industry-leading content library, grounded in health and wellness coaching best practices, across domains such as nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and mental wellbeing, and chronic condition management. You will also support the team's broader intervention architecture – including COM-B diagnosis logic, BCT selection, and AI Coach behavioral logic – ensuring every program and every piece of content is grounded in validated behavioral theory.

What you will do at VeSync:

  • Own Long-Term Program Design: Design, build, and continuously evolve multi-week and multi-month health promotion programs, grounded in health and wellness coaching best practices, across domains including nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and mental wellbeing, and chronic condition management. Collaborate closely with teams leading just-in-time coaching systems.
  • Co-Build an Industry-Leading Content Library: Alongside our Head of Content, create and curate a scalable library of coaching content – curricula, modules, exercises, and education – that becomes a durable competitive asset and deepens user engagement over time.
  • Ground Programs in Behavior Change Science: Apply COM-B, Self-Determination Theory (SDT), BCTTv1, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and habit formation models to program and content design to drive real, sustained behavior change.
  • Set Program and Content Standards: Define quality bars, style guides, and review/QA processes so programs and content remain consistent, evidence-based, and coaching-informed as the library scales.
  • Iterate with Data: Use engagement data, outcome metrics, and user feedback to test and refine programs and content, closing the build-measure-learn loop.
  • Support the Intervention Architecture: Contribute to COM-B diagnosis logic, BCT selection rules, and the AI Coach behavioral logic layer; participate in the weekly review cadence, flagging intervention misfires and championing fidelity to validated behavioral science frameworks.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Behavioral Designer on content framing, the Behavioral Data Scientist on the learning loop, and the Behavioral Analyst on the intervention ontology, and partner with Engineering and Product to translate program and content requirements into implementable specs.
  • What you bring to the role:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a national board-certified health and wellbeing coach, health promotion specialist, or applied behavioral scientist, with a demonstrated track record designing and shipping long-term behavior change or health promotion programs and coaching content at scale. Experience shipping digital health or wellness products is a plus.
  • Program design and curriculum: Deep experience creating and/or curating long-term behavior change or health promotion programs, and designing the curriculum, architecture, and content library for health and wellness content that users engage with deeply across multiple domains (e.g., nutrition, sleep, movement, stress and mental wellbeing, chronic condition management).
  • Coaching Practice: Deep grounding in health and wellness coaching best practices and core coaching competencies (e.g., NBHWC or ICF standards), including motivational interviewing and client-centered program design.
  • Education: Master's or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Public Health, or a related field is strongly preferred. National Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach strongly preferred.
  • Frameworks: Deep fluency in COM-B, Self-Determination Theory (SDT), BCTTv1, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and habit formation models. Must have applied these frameworks in product contexts, not only academic ones.
  • Product Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with Product and Engineering to translate program and content requirements – and, as needed, behavioral logic – into specs. Familiarity with how behavioral signals are operationalized in data pipelines is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to write clear product specs, brief engineering teams, and present behavioral rationale to non-specialist stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong comfort with quantitative data – able to read experiment results, interpret behavioral metrics, and collaborate with data scientists on measurement design.
  • Industry Knowledge:  Experience in digital health, wellness technology, or consumer behavior change products is required. Familiarity with wearable or connected device ecosystems is a plus.
  • Professional Network: Deep connections with domain experts and behavior change experts to help with content creation.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, low-ego; able to work across cultures, time zones, and languages; energized by cross-functional ambiguity. Comfortable operating in an industry pace where speed and scientific integrity must coexist.
