We launched our TikTok Shop in Germany in 2025, and the results have been transformative. We are now launching in further markets, and TikTok Shop is embedded as a core pillar of our Strategic Growth Model.

We are looking for a strategic Head of TikTok Shop (gn) to take ownership of this channel across Europe. You will set the direction, manage the agencies that handle day-to-day execution, and make TikTok Shop a scalable, high-impact acquisition engine for More Nutrition. 

As our Head of TikTok Shop (gn), you own the TikTok Shop channel across all More Nutrition markets. You define the strategy for each market, manage the P&L, lead our agency partners, and ensure TikTok is leveraged to its full potential—not only as a sales channel, but also as a powerful acquisition engine and awareness platform for our hero categories. You work closely with our D2C, Influencer, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to fully integrate TikTok Shop into our broader commercial strategy.

Your Mission

1. TikTok Shop Strategy

• You own and drive the TikTok Shop strategy across all relevant markets.
• You lead market launches and adapt strategies to local platform dynamics.
• You define the creator seeding strategy while guiding agency execution.
• You stay ahead of TikTok trends and turn platform updates into growth opportunities.

2. TikTok as an Acquisition & Awareness Channel

• You drive new customer acquisition through TikTok Shop and scalable growth initiatives.
• You increase awareness for our hero categories through impactful content and creator strategies.
• You work with Performance Marketing to amplify top-performing creator content.

3. P&L Ownership

• You own the TikTok Shop P&L across all markets.
• You manage budgets and allocate investments for maximum commercial impact.
• You ensure TikTok Shop contributes to our Strategic Growth Model targets.

4. Agency Management & Operational Oversight

• You set the strategic direction for our agency partners.
• You define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimization.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• You align TikTok Shop initiatives with our D2C commercial calendar.
• You collaborate closely with Influencer, Creative, and Performance teams.
• You work with international stakeholders to localize and scale the strategy.

Your Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of TikTok, especially TikTok Shop, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment such as consulting, a startup, or investment banking. 
• You understand the nutrition industry and the creator economy, and know how influencers build trust, create communities, and drive purchasing decisions.
• You have  experience in the beauty, wellness, or FMCG industry.
• You have a strategic mindset and enjoy owning a business channel while managing external partners.
• You're an active TikTok user who understands the platform, its culture, and the path from scroll to sale. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
• You have strong commercial acumen and are comfortable working with metrics such as NOI, CAC, and contribution margin.
• You take a data-driven approach, identify opportunities quickly, and translate insights into action.
• You are fluent in English and German.
