Role:
SentiLink is hiring a Head of Marketing (B2B) to build and lead a well-run, high-performing marketing organization that accelerates organizational momentum and drives revenue targets. You will set the strategy, put the right people in the right seats, and create the focus, cohesion, and accountability needed to turn marketing investment into meaningful pipeline and ARR.
Leadership is the most important part of this role. You will establish clear ownership, develop and empower a high-performing team, and create an operating rhythm that enables fast execution, learning, and iteration. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
This role is for a deeply experienced B2B software marketer who has built and scaled programs for technical products, sophisticated buyers, and complex enterprise sales cycles. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Data Science, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to drive commercial outcomes. Knowledge of identity or fraud is a bonus.
This is a remote, US-based role, and we expect an accelerated interview and hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing marketing organization by assessing the team, putting the right people in the right seats, clarifying ownership, coaching talent, and creating accountability for outcomes.
Set the marketing strategy and operating rhythm, making clear decisions about priorities, team structure, and investment while creating a bias toward speed, learning, and iteration.
Own SentiLink’s B2B marketing strategy and execution, with accountability for meaningful qualified pipeline, conversion, revenue, and ARR growth. Define an efficient pipeline-generation philosophy; do not default to adding BDR headcount or optimizing for high-volume activity.
Develop and execute an integrated campaign calendar, prioritizing the campaigns and products with the greatest revenue potential. Run full-stack B2B campaigns and multi-touch nurture programs from audience strategy and content through distribution, sales coordination, measurement, and optimization.
Partner with Sales to create strategic account growth programs for large, complex enterprise organizations.
Own SentiLink’s brand and digital growth engine, including website strategy, conversion-focused content experiences, SEO, and AEO.
Build on SentiLink’s strength in events, webinars, executive programs, and field marketing while creating clear ownership, cohesive execution, and a direct connection to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Build measurement and reporting around pipeline, conversion, revenue, and ARR. Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Data Science, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to turn market insight into compelling campaigns and customer narratives.
Requirements:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure software, cybersecurity, fintech, or another technical enterprise software business. Knowledge of identity or fraud is a bonus.
Demonstrated success leading and developing marketing teams, including hiring, team design, coaching, performance management, and building a cohesive organization with clear ownership.
An energizing, direct, accountable, and collaborative leadership style. You create clarity, address hard problems, move with urgency, and raise the level of the people around you.
A track record of building B2B pipeline programs that contributed to meaningful revenue and ARR, with the ability to explain the strategy, execution, tradeoffs, and outcomes in detail.
A strong point of view on efficient pipeline generation and the right mix of campaigns, content, channels, sales partnership, events, partnerships, and team capabilities.
Experience running integrated B2B campaigns and multi-touch nurture programs across multiple channels.
Experience marketing to sophisticated enterprise buying committees and building strategic account growth programs that reach the right stakeholders and create commercial movement.
Hands-on experience with website strategy, SEO, AEO, content, brand, and conversion optimization, plus strong commercial judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales and executive stakeholders; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
