Shape the Legal Future of an International Corporate Group

As Head of Legal & Compliance, you will assume overall responsibility for legal advisory services and compliance management for Oxeno GmbH & Co. KG. Acting as a strategic partner to executive management and senior leaders, you will ensure the legal integrity and protection of our global business activities. In addition, you will oversee Compliance, Trade Compliance, and Insurance Management.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the global Legal & Compliance function
• Advise executive management as well as business and administrative units on all major legal matters
• Manage complex national and international contractual, corporate, and compliance issues
• Oversee the global compliance management system, including trade compliance
• Coordinate and manage litigation, arbitration proceedings, and out-of-court disputes worldwide
• Lead the Board Office and support corporate governance structures
• Establish and further develop an insurance-related risk management framework
• Lead a team of approximately six employees and manage external legal advisors worldwide

Your Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with above-average state examination results
• Several years of professional experience in an international corporate environment and/or a renowned commercial law firm
• In-depth expertise in commercial, corporate, and business law, as well as compliance-related matters
• Proven experience in advising executive management and decision-making bodies
• Strong business acumen, confident presence, pragmatic mindset, and a high level of execution capability
• Fluent business-level German and English language skills
