À propos de ce poste Head of IT & Systems chez ANINE BING
ANINE BING is looking for a Head of IT & Systems to join our team based in Paris.
This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As our technology leader within the Paris HQ, the Head of IT & Systems will define and deliver the technology roadmap that enables our global business to operate more effectively, scale sustainably, and make better use of its data.
The role combines strategic leadership with strong execution. You will partner closely with Finance, Product, Production, Retail, E-commerce and other business teams to understand how the organization operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
You will own the evolution of our global technology ecosystem — including ERP, PLM, data and BI, integrations, retail and workplace technology, cybersecurity and infrastructure — while leading major transformation projects from vision through adoption.
We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture, create clarity and lead complex programs, while remaining close enough to the technology to challenge decisions, solve problems and ensure strong execution.
This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Target start date: January 2027.
Responsibilities Include
- Define and own ANINE BING’s global technology strategy and roadmap, aligning systems, architecture and investment priorities with business growth, operational needs, risk and ROI.
- Lead the evolution of our core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), WFX (PLM), Shopify, retail POS, data / BI platforms and the integrations connecting them, with an immediate focus on simplifying and strengthening our technology landscape.
- Lead major technology transformation projects end to end, from business requirements, process mapping and business cases through solution design, partner selection, implementation, testing, change management and adoption.
- Act as a strategic technology partner to the business, working across Finance, Product, Production, Planning, Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, People and Operations to improve workflows, solve business problems and enable scalable ways of working.
- Build stronger data and integration foundations, improving data quality, governance and system connectivity while reducing manual processes and enabling more reliable reporting, analytics and decision-making.
- Own the broader technology operating environment, including infrastructure, workplace technology, cybersecurity, access management, business continuity and IT support across offices and stores, working with external providers where appropriate.
- Manage technology investments and external partners, including integrators, SaaS vendors and managed-service providers, ensuring clear accountability, strong delivery, disciplined cost management and measurable business value.
- Shape the future of the technology function, including our approach to AI and automation, and progressively build the right capabilities, governance and operating model as the business evolves.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience across information systems, enterprise technology, business systems or technology transformation, ideally within fashion, retail, consumer goods or another operationally complex environment.
- Strong track record leading ERP and enterprise systems transformation projects from requirements through implementation and adoption. NetSuite experience is a strong plus; exposure to PLM, Shopify, POS, data platforms or BI tools is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data flows, with the ability to translate between technical teams, vendors and non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Product, Production, Operations and Commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of integrations, data architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and enterprise technology fundamentals, with the judgment to make pragmatic decisions in a lean environment.
- Proven experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, budgets and cross-functional programs, with strong commercial judgment and a focus on ROI.
- A strategic and pragmatic leadership style: able to establish a clear direction, influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives while remaining sufficiently close to the work to ensure strong execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions, cultures and geographies. Fluent English and French required. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
