We are seeking an experienced Head of India Delivery Center to lead and scale a high-performing delivery organization while driving operational excellence across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, and building scalable organizations in fast-paced digital, technology, SaaS, or eCommerce environments.

As the Head of India Delivery Center, you will oversee end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring seamless execution across technology, creative, digital marketing, eCommerce operations, finance, HR, and administration. Working closely with global leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans, drive organizational growth, establish governance frameworks, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape the long-term operational strategy while building a high-performance delivery organization that supports business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the India Delivery Center, ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across technology, creative services, digital marketing, eCommerce operations, finance, HR, and administration.
• Translate strategic business priorities into clear execution plans, measurable goals, and operational outcomes.
• Drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development to support business growth.
• Establish and optimize operating procedures, KPIs, dashboards, governance frameworks, and delivery processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure projects and operational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize operational efficiency.
• Oversee office operations, vendor management, procurement, facilities, business continuity, and statutory compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, identify opportunities for process optimization, and drive cost-effective, scalable business operations.
• Partner with executive leadership by providing business insights, operational updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Champion employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning while promoting a high-performance organizational culture.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Delivery Management, General Management, or Business Leadershiproles.
• Proven success leading and scaling cross-functional teams within digital agencies, eCommerce, SaaS, technology services, or similar environments.
• Strong expertise in operational excellence, delivery management, organizational scaling, and business process optimization.
• Experience managing diverse business functions including technology, operations, HR, finance, administration, and customer delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to operational improvement.
• Good understanding of HR practices, administration, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and business governance in India.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience working closely with global leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
