We are seeking an experienced Developer – Informatica MDM with 6–10 years of experience to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, with a solid understanding of data integration, data quality, master data models, and enterprise data management practices. Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) will be considered a valuable advantage.

You will work closely with business analysts, data architects, application teams, and other technology stakeholders to build scalable MDM solutions that ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and accessibility across enterprise systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain MDM workflows, mappings, transformations, match and merge rules, data models, and business entities.
• Configure and enhance Informatica MDM Hub components, including landing, staging, base objects, match rules, trust configuration, and consolidation processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable MDM technical solutions.
• Develop data integration processes to bring data from multiple source systems into the MDM platform.
• Implement data quality, validation, standardization, survivorship, and enrichment rules.
• Troubleshoot data issues, integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams to ensure effective integration between MDM and enterprise applications.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Create technical documentation covering MDM configurations, mappings, workflows, interfaces, and operational processes.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise data management standards.

Must-Have Skills

• 6–10 years of professional experience in software/data engineering or enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, data models, hierarchies, match and merge, survivorship, trust, and consolidation.
• Experience developing and configuring MDM workflows, mappings, transformations, and business rules.
• Good knowledge of data integration and ETL concepts.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data quality, data validation, standardization, and data governance concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex data issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Knowledge of Informatica Cloud Data Integration and related IDMC capabilities.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data integration architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

The successful candidate will be a technically strong Informatica MDM professional who can independently deliver robust MDM solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
