Responsibilities:

- Coordinates HR departmental activities, while serving as a partner to the local business
- Is an active member of the local management team and drives functional topics
- Assists in the implementation of the HR strategy
- Leads the local Human Resource function, improves the local organizational structure, and drives people development and acquisition
- Steers the Talent Management Process and supports Managers in developing employees, including succession planning, training and learning activities, and the implementation of compensation and benefits programs
- Supports and executes planning and development through initiating policies and establishing procedures
- Manages the talent acquisition process to ensure that qualified employees are recruited, while coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with all internal and external legal requirements
- Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements 
- Leads by example : Support local management in implementing the Group's values through the behaviors of our human resources
- Ensures a high quality payroll
- Maintains union relations

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Proven experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a similar HR leadership role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in negociations with Works Council, Unions, etc.
- Familiarity with a matrix organization, working effectively at both local and group levels.
- Bilingual in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
- A team player with strong communication skills, assertiveness, discretion, and integrity.
- Resilient under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented.
