Job Description

Compliance/ Risk control

• To manage and exercise strict controls over the operations and processing to fully comply with local law, Bank of Thailand Regulations, Money Laundering Control

• Act and compliance policy aiming to prevent any operational and reputation risk.

• Ensure the Group Operational Risk Management, AML/CFT Policy are fully comply, BOT reports are completed and delivered within timeline.

Operations Management

• Monitoring and improve service delivery and productivity ensuring they meet the set target. Reviewing workflow/procedures to streamline the processing to ensure efficient and well controlled operations are provided at all times.

• Manage and utilize resources (staff vs volume) are operating at optimal level.  

• Provide coaching to Corporate Account Services & Cheque collection staff on service-related issue. Attending to and resolving operational and customer issues to most satisfaction.

Related Parties/service management

• Provide information, consultation and training to business units, related/downstream unit about cheque collection / set up service and operational issues. Co-ordinate with business units to cultivate good relationships with related parties.

Human Resource Management

• Plan and monitor staffs development program to increase staff’s knowledge and moral. Ensuring they receive the relevant training to enable them to perform their jobs effectively

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in Back Office Banking Operations (Cash Management Operations) 
• Good command in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
• Able to work at UOB Sathon (Full Time on-site)
