Observe and enforce full compliance from all business lines:

• Analyse and report compliance breakdowns in all Line of business so as to ensure that RHB business operations adhere to all internal (e.g. policies) and external (e.g. regulatory) requirements”.
• Ensure full compliance to internal policies, guidelines and procedures and all Indonesian regulations (OJK, IDX, etc) that Indonesian regulators must be the first priority.
• Report to BOD on non-compliance issue that may constitute a breach of provision of relevant acts, laws, articles of association, rules and regulations or may have a material effect on the funds or assets of the company or the clients.
• Cultivate a culture of full compliance from all business line by providing proper education, program and supervisory on compliance to the supported business line.

• Provide coaching, guidance, motivation, support, training and feedback to team member to achieve business objective.
• Display teamwork and work closely with other senior management personnel at all times.
• Proactively driving results on compliance & Legal issues.
• Identifying and mitigating any potential conflicts in advance.
• Monitoring the performance of any corrective actions related to legal & compliance issue.
• Ensuring compliance & legal projects are properly budgeted for and reported on.
• Assigned as an officer responsible for implementing the AML/CFT and Proliferation Financing Prevention (PPPSPM) program, with responsibilities, such as: Ensuring the existence and evaluation of AML/CFT and PPPSPM policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulation; and The implementation of the AML/CFT and PPPSPM program in accordance with applicable regulation and internal policies and procedures, Providing awareness and advice on the implementation of AML/CFT and PPPSPM.
