For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Guest Relations Trainee to join our team in Karavostasi Thesprotia.

The Role

As a Guest Relations Trainee, you will support the Guest Relations team while gaining practical experience within a five-star luxury hospitality environment.

A Day in the Job

Here’s what a typical day in Guest Relations could look like:

• You review arrivals and help prepare personalised welcomes for guests.
• You greet guests, answer questions and share useful information about their stay.
• You follow up on requests with the relevant teams and keep guests informed.
• You note feedback and raise concerns with a senior colleague so the team can respond promptly.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Very good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Warm, professional communication and a genuine interest in guest service.
• Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise requests.
• Team spirit, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
