About the role:

The Part- Time Overnight Guest Services Officer welcomes and assists guests during overnight hours, delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival through to departure. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations throughout the night, supporting late arrivals and early departures, responding to guest requests, and completing overnight operational procedures. The Overnight Guest Services Officer plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and seamless hotel operations while maintaining Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Rooms Division Department, reporting to the Front Desk Manager.
 

What you will do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests during overnight shifts, assisting with check-in, check-out, enquiries, and special requests.
• Complete overnight operational and administrative duties, including night audit procedures, guest account reconciliation, and accurate record keeping.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, concerns, and emergency situations.
• Monitor hotel activity throughout the night and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation required for the following day's operational activities.
   

What you will bring:

• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests.
• A commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• The ability to work independently and confidently during overnight operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when completing financial and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, night audit, or hotel operations role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience using the OPERA system is advantageous.
