We're looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our high-performing team at the iconic Quay Quarter Tower. This is an opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

More than a traditional reception role, you'll be at the heart of one of Sydney's premier workplaces, creating memorable experiences for guests, supporting workplace operations and helping ensure every day runs seamlessly.

No two days are the same. One moment you'll be welcoming senior executives, investors and visitors, the next you'll be coordinating events, managing workplace services or helping solve a unique stakeholder request.

You will make an impact by:

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors and employees, creating outstanding first impressions.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality services and workplace events.
• Support the day-to-day operations of a premium workplace environment.
• Manage workplace enquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional outcomes.
• Coordinate access requests, service providers and workplace administration activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Identify opportunities to continuously enhance the workplace and guest experience.
• Support workplace safety, compliance and operational initiatives.

About You

You may come from hospitality, hotels, concierge, guest relations, customer service or corporate reception, but above all, you'll be passionate about creating great experiences for people.
