GTM Project Manager
Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the technology industry.
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic GTM Project Lead to join a high-impact customer experience team. In this pivotal role, you will support local teams with the successful launch of new products across physical retail stores and e-commerce channels driving disruptive customer experiences across every touchpoint.
You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating across multiple marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure go-to-market strategies are executed flawlessly, on time, and with maximum impact.
Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document go-to-market plans across the full product portfolio spanning physical retail and e-commerce channels.
- Support end-to-end GTM programme management for product launches from initial planning and briefing through to post-launch analysis and reporting.
- Support market and channel expansion initiatives by compiling market insights, channel data, and analysis to inform GTM recommendations.
- Champion APAC shopper insights and lead the performance and results reporting process coordinating across functions to gather inputs and synthesise findings.
- Lead APAC best practice sharing with a multiplier mindset driving scale and cross-pollination of learnings and winning strategies across markets.
- Continuously assess and refine processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness for future launches.
- Serve as the key point of contact and liaison across complex cross-functional teams ensuring a unified and effective GTM strategy from brief to launch.
- Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies developing mitigation plans and operational systems to keep programmes on track.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels providing regular updates on programme status, key milestones, and performance to all stakeholders.
- Serve as key APAC point of contact for security and demo device management for retail store environments.
You:
- 7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy and execution ideally in-house at a technology, consumer electronics, or retail brand. Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable GTM plans.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise varied datasets into clear commercial reporting and business insights.
- Skilled at building compelling presentation decks that tell a clear, structured story for senior stakeholders.
- A highly proactive mindset allows you to thrive in ambiguous environments, take initiative, and move quickly to solve problems before they become blockers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills able to build strong relationships across diverse cultures and locations, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency with project management tools Asana, Jira, Smartsheet and familiarity with GTM-related platforms and workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
