Job Responsibilities

• Market & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy PositioningGain deep insights into the market landscape and customer needs within the Net Cafe and Esports industry (including chain internet cafes, esports hotels, etc.).Formulate comprehensive GTM strategies, pricing strategies, channel policies, and competitive tactics for products and solutions targeting the internet cafe market.
• Sales Enablement & Tool RefinementDistill core commercial value propositions and competitive advantages of products.Develop high-standard sales toolkits (Sales Kits) and continuously enable both channel sales and Key Account (KA) teams.
• Joint Tactical Execution (Sales Alignment)Work closely with Regional Channel Managers and KA Sales to conduct deep dives into key national cities.Assist in formulating targeted regional penetration tactics and special incentive policies.
• Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a bridge between frontline business units and backend teams.Collect real-time feedback from the market to drive product iterations and precise allocation of marketing resources.
• Benchmark Creation & Scalable ReplicationPartner with KA Sales to summarize successful business models with major internet cafe chains or key System Integrators (SIs).Establish industry benchmark cases and drive standardized replication across national markets.

Job Requirements

• Professional BackgroundBachelor’s degree or above.5+ years of relevant experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Marketing (PMM), Industry Solutions, or Channel Operations.
• Industry ExpertiseFamiliar with the business ecosystem and procurement decision-making chains of internet cafes, esports hotels, or industry SIs.Possess deep insights into net cafe demands and equipment refresh cycles.
• Strategic & Hands-on CapabilitiesDemonstrate strong macro market analysis and commercial policy design capabilities, combined with exceptional hands-on execution to produce practical sales tools.
• Cross-Functional Communication & CoordinationStrong project management skills, exceptional business communication, and post-mortem/review skills.Able to efficiently align and coordinate product, sales, and marketing resources.
• Data AcumenAdept at analyzing market data, shipment metrics, and competitor dynamics to timely adjust product and marketing strategies.

联合战术落地（对齐销售）： 紧密配合区域渠道经理和大客户销售，深入全国重点城市，协助制定针对性的区域攻坚战术与专项促动政策。
打通跨部门协同： 作为前端业务与后端的桥梁，实时收集一线反馈，驱动产品迭代与营销资源的精准投放。
标杆打造与复制： 联合大客户销售，总结大型连锁网吧或重点SI的成功合作模式，打造行业示范标杆，并推动标杆案例在全国范围内的标准化复制。

任职要求
从业经验： 本科及以上学历，5年及以上GTM、产品市场、行业解决方案或渠道运营相关经验。
行业理解： 熟悉网吧、电竞酒店或行业SI的商业生态与采购决策链，对网吧需求及设备换代周期有深刻洞察。
战略与落地兼备： 既具备宏观的市场分析、商务政策设计能力，又具备极强的实战落地能力，能出具切实可行的销售工具。
跨部门沟通能力： 具备优秀的项目管理能力和极强的商务沟通/复盘总结能力，能够高效协调产品、销售与市场资源。
数据敏锐度： 擅长通过市场数据、出货数据及竞品动态分析，及时调整产品与营销策略。
