Job Summary

• Own the operating model, execution strategy, performance standards, and operating cadence for an assigned GTM motion.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to develop GTM plays, campaign priorities, commercial messaging, target-account strategies, and partner-development initiatives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for relevant service offerings, market trends, buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, competitive activity, and GTM best practices.
• Translate organizational growth priorities into structured demand-generation, account-development, partner-development, and pipeline-creation activities.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned GTM team, including workload prioritization, resource allocation, performance expectations, and operational coverage.
• Establish and manage team KPIs related to productivity, quality, activity, conversion, pipeline generation, and execution effectiveness.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and ongoing capability development for human team members and digital agents.
• Develop and maintain GTM playbooks, messaging frameworks, workflows, qualification criteria, ideal customer profiles, training materials, and process documentation.
• Leverage market intelligence, AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital agents to identify growth triggers, buying signals, target accounts, implementation opportunities, and strategic prospects.
• Analyze execution results, market feedback, and performance data to improve targeting, messaging, workflows, team productivity, and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B go-to-market strategy, demand generation, sales development, account development, partner development, or pipeline generation.
• Strong knowledge of staffing, workforce solutions, technology services, professional services, consulting, systems integration, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience translating growth objectives into structured GTM plays, campaigns, operating processes, and measurable execution plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead team operations, establish performance expectations, manage KPIs, and improve productivity and quality.
• Experience developing buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, market segmentation, commercial messaging, and target-account or ecosystem strategies.
• Experience creating and maintaining playbooks, workflows, standard operating procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, market-intelligence tools, workflow automation, AI-enabled technology, and digital-agent-supported processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
