Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare periodic reports regarding operational performance, projects, budget, quality performance, and relevant issuess in shipyard operations.
2. Always use mechanical equipments correctly, maintain the equipments regularly, and report if there are any problems or emergency maintenance needs.
3. Carry out accurate records regarding the work that have been done, including day to day activities, such as inspection reports, maintenance records, and other documentations.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering.

2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or marine engineering is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Strong understanding of ship mechanical systems (propulsion and auxiliary machinery), piping management, and valve overhaul procedures.

4. Ability to read engineering drawings, familiarity with maritime safety standards, and proficiency in preparing technical maintenance reports.
