About the Role

Responsible for delivering Leaves of Absence and Benefits administration across multiple markets. Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and process owner, supporting employees, managers, HR partners, Payroll, CSTR while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and an enhanced employee experience through process simplification and automation.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Leaves of Absence and Benefits cases and serve as regional SME and process owner as well as weekly and monthly reports
• Administer employee leave programs, including medical, parental, caregiver, educational, and other statutory/company-sponsored leaves.
• Review, assign, track, and resolve cases through the case management system in accordance with SLAs.
• Provide guidance on leave eligibility, benefits enrollment, policy interpretation, documentation requirements, and claims processes.
• Process leave requests, return-to-work activities, flexible work arrangements, and benefits transactions in Workday.
• Maintain employee records, filing and sensitive documentation while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Employee Relations, CSTR, benefits vendors, and third-party administrators to resolve employee inquiries and escalations.
• Support annual benefits renewals, audits, compliance reviews, and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and service delivery optimization.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.
• Analyze trends and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Leave of Absence, or Case Management.
• Experience using Workday, HRIS, and case management systems.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
