Key Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across assigned mobile games from soft launch to scaling and maturity.
• Analyze key performance metrics including:

- CPI, D1 / D7 / D30 Retention, ARPDAU, LTV, D7 / D30 ROAS, Session frequency and session length, Ad engagement, IAP conversion, Churn and player progression

• Identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, monetization, and profitability.
• Work closely with User Acquisition teams to evaluate campaign performance and determine when games are ready to scale.
• Develop and manage structured A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.
• Analyze player funnels, cohorts, segmentation, drop-off points, and behavioral patterns.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to improve onboarding, progression, difficulty, economy, rewards, and monetization systems.
• Build strategies for rewarded ads, interstitials, banners, IAPs, subscriptions, and hybrid monetization where applicable.
• Monitor monetization changes to ensure short-term revenue improvements do not negatively impact long-term retention or LTV.
• Partner with creative and UA teams to develop and test new marketing concepts and creatives.
• Use creative performance insights to influence game design, themes, features, and positioning.
• Track competitor games, market trends, monetization strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Create growth roadmaps for existing games and identify which titles should be scaled, optimized, maintained, or deprioritized.
• Support soft-launch analysis and provide recommendations for global launch decisions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming, gaming growth, product management, user acquisition, monetization, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of free-to-play mobile game economics.
• Strong knowledge of retention, LTV, ROAS, CPI, ARPDAU, payer conversion, and monetization metrics.
• Experience working with ad-monetized, IAP-based, or hybrid mobile games.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret cohort data and convert findings into product decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Understanding of mobile UA platforms and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and how creative performance affects growth.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact.
• Comfortable working closely with developers, designers, marketers, analysts, and management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
