We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Coordinator to help us reach new audiences, share our work and identify opportunities for our products and services.

Substrakt creates exceptional digital experiences for arts and cultural organizations. We work with museums, galleries, theatres and other cultural organizations across the UK, Europe and North America, helping them connect with their audiences through websites, digital products and services.

This is an early-career role combining hands-on marketing with research, data and business development. You’ll understand our markets, help deliver campaigns and connect us with organizations that could benefit from working with Substrakt.

What you’ll do

• Help deliver our marketing: Coordinate activity across email, social media, our website and industry events, keeping content calendars, assets and approvals on track.
• Create and share content: Help write and schedule thoughtful blogs, case studies, email campaigns and social media posts that bring our work to life.
• Research our markets: Explore prospective clients, competitors and sector developments, identifying useful insights and opportunities for our products and services.
• Support new business: Build and maintain prioritised lists of target organizations and contacts, helping identify decision-makers and opportunities to start conversations.
• Support client growth: Help identify opportunities for existing clients to benefit from additional products and services, preparing research, briefings and sales materials.
• Coordinate events: Support conference appearances, sponsorships and marketing materials, alongside outreach before events and follow-up afterwards.
• Keep our data useful: Maintain accurate CRM records and help report on campaign performance and business development activity, turning findings into clear, practical insights.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• Around 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, sales or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, engaging written communication and confidence adapting content for different audiences and channels.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, data and CRM systems to keep information accurate and spot patterns.
• A curious, thoughtful approach to research, with an interest in understanding organizations and their needs.
• Clear, friendly communication and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a primarily remote team.
• Initiative and a willingness to learn, share ideas and ask for support when needed.

It would also be useful to have

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or creating content would be useful, as would familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, Mailchimp and LinkedIn. 
• Experience in a B2B, SaaS or agency environment, and an interest in arts and culture, would also be welcome.
