About the team

The Manage My Money team is on an ambitious growth journey, working to bring SumUp's banking and lending products to millions of small businesses across Europe. We're a small, high-impact team of Growth Leads and cross-functional partners — covering CRM, performance marketing, data, and sales — who move fast, think commercially, and care deeply about the merchants we serve. This role sits at the heart of that engine, owning the delivery of campaigns and product launches that directly shape how merchants discover and adopt our financial products. What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes, including campaign planning, managing project plans, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking
• Manage product and feature launches from brief to activation, building messaging frameworks and coordinating across marketing channels
• Analyse campaign and channel performance - including payback monitoring, attribution, and customer lifetime value - and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Support the Direct Mail channel for Lending, from campaign execution through to commercial performance reporting
• Coordinate with GTM teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Sales) to align on execution and keep programmes moving
• Contribute to building AI-enhanced workflows and launch playbooks to help the team scale more efficiently

You'll be great for this role if…

• You have 1-3 yrs experience managing delivery of marketing campaigns or growth programmes, ideally in a fast-growth environment.

• You thrive on organizing & coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, keeping things moving with clarity and structure.
• You are confident turning data into action - monitor performance, build attribution models, and translate findings into actionable next steps.
• Hands-on experience with at least one GTM channel such as CRM, direct mail, or sales enablement.
• A genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve how work gets done.
