Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for a Group HR Organizational Development Manager to join our Corporate HR Division.
Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization, you will contribute to the development and implementation of people strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives and growth agenda. You will identify opportunities for improvement, drive organizational development initiatives, and ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across Greece and international operations.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate organizational needs into impactful people solutions.
Your accountabilities will be:
- Developing and implementing the Corporate Organizational Development (OD) strategy, ensuring alignment across relevant functions and business priorities.
- Establishing annual objectives, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the OD & Employee Relations (ER) teams.
- Assessing organizational effectiveness and recommending improvements to processes, policies and workforce practices.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and support to managers and employees on organizational development and employee relations matters.
- Leading and/or participating in cross-functional strategic projects supporting the company’s transformation, change management, and growth agenda.
- Overseeing the Group Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure the attraction, assessment, and selection of top talent, while actively participating in the recruitment process for critical and leadership roles in Greece and abroad.
- Promoting a positive employee experience and fostering alignment with the company’s values, culture, and policies.
- Conducting and/or participating in Employee Relations activities, including exit interviews, six-month interviews, stay interviews, and other employee feedback initiatives.
- Addressing day-to-day organizational and employee-related matters, assessing needs, and developing & implementing appropriate solutions.
- Supporting the design and implementation of development programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities and build future leadership pipelines.
- Managing relationships with external consultants and vendors, as required, to support Organizational Development initiatives, including evaluating their effectiveness and determining the appropriate scope and model of collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline will be considered a strong advantage.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, including leadership responsibility across Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, or related areas.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies within complex, international, and/or fast-paced organizational environments.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design and effectiveness, change management, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR metrics and KPIs, budgets, and strategic cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective and practical people solutions.
- Strong business acumen, adaptability, and the ability to influence, inspire, and motivate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
