About the role

If you're passionate about plants and enjoy being at the centre of a fast-moving supply chain operation, this could be the role for you. Joining our Greenlife team, you'll play an important part in ensuring quality plants reach our stores and customers every day. Working closely with growers, suppliers, stores and logistics partners, you'll help keep Greenlife operations running smoothly while making a real impact on the customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to build your knowledge of the Greenlife supply chain while developing valuable operational and stakeholder management skills.

This role will be based out of the Erskine Park Crossdock in NSW.

What's involved

• Help maintain the quality standards our customers expect by inspecting Greenlife stock and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure stock accuracy by verifying deliveries against purchase orders and investigating any discrepancies.
• Work closely with our Greenlife Crossdock provider to support daily service performance and effective operational outcomes.
• Monitor stock volumes moving through the network and contribute to accurate invoice reconciliation processes.
• Manage supply and damage claims on behalf of stores, helping deliver fair and timely resolutions.
• Build strong working relationships with stores, growers, suppliers and internal teams as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day operational enquiries.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by supporting compliance with Bunnings safety standards and processes.

About You

You're someone who enjoys balancing attention to detail with strong customer service. You take pride in getting things right, remain calm when priorities shift, and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders to solve problems and keep things moving.

You'll thrive in a role where no two days are exactly the same and where seasonal peaks create new challenges and opportunities to learn. You're comfortable working independently, but you also value being part of a collaborative team that supports each other's success.

What you'll need

• A genuine interest in horticulture and Greenlife products.
• Previous experience within the Greenlife, nursery, horticulture or related industry is highly regarded.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word to manage information and reporting.
• Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to prioritise work, manage competing demands and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Formal horticulture qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
