À propos de ce poste Graphic Designer, Performance Marketing chez Madison Reed
We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. This role is built for someone who thinks of themselves as a designer first, with strong video and motion skills as one part of a broader toolkit. A core part of this role is using AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design programs as a regular part of your workflow. We're looking for someone who is excited to work this way and enjoys exploring new tools as part of the creative process. Prior experience with our specific tools is not required, and training and support will be provided.
This role reports to the Art Director, is full time and fully remote on a team that operates on Pacific hours, and is expected to travel occasionally including but not limited to Hair Color Bars, company events, and meetings.
The base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000, plus 5,000 equity options and bonus eligibility. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
