Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking to recruit an additional graduate Building Surveyor to work on commercial property portfolios owned/to be acquired/disposed of by our clients.

Qualifications and other attributes considered important to the position are:

• Level 8 Qualification in Building Surveying/Post Grad Route
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude
• Excellent IT (Microsoft Office and Autodesk) and Organisational Skills
• Ability to work independently using own initiative
• A capability for achieving tight targets and meeting deadlines
• Organised task manager who can handle a number of regular deadlines across multiple instructions concurrently
