Summary of Job Duties:
The University of Arkansas Human Resources department is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant to join our Classification and Compensation team.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and analyzing classification and compensation data
- Collaborate in the design and development of HR deliverables and reports
- Communicate with campus units and employees in a professional, service-oriented manner
- Participate in planning and feedback sessions to improve HR practices
- Help maintain accurate records and data systems
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at the University of Arkansas (minimum 3.0 GPA) and at least one year of relevant work experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a talent for problem-solving
- Excel proficiency and the ability to manage and interpret data
