We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our Data Centre team as an Account Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how customer relationships, commercial operations, and critical technology services come together behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while building valuable business, commercial, and technology skills.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Account Coordinator, you'll help support our customers throughout their journey with Datacom by:
- Coordinating customer requests and ensuring they are followed through to completion.
- Monitoring shared team inboxes and helping prioritise customer enquiries.
- Assisting with customer onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Supporting customer portal administration and account maintenance.
- Assisting with reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews, and other commercial activities.
- Working with teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Supporting compliance, security, and health and safety requirements
What You'll Bring
You don't need previous data centre experience. We're looking for curious graduates who are eager to learn and enjoy working with people.
You might be studying or have recently completed a degree in:
- Business
- Commerce
- Management
- Marketing
- Communications
- Information Systems
- Information Technology
- Or a related discipline
You'll be successful if you have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
