What You Can Expect:
As a member of the Global HR team of the Overland Transport Division (including approximately 9,000 employees), the Global Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
- In this role, you will shape and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Division, ensuring consistent, high-quality recruitment practices while translating Group TA initiatives into effective divisional solutions.
- You will lead recruitment for international roles and local top management positions across various European locations, from sourcing and selection through to hiring, using a broad range of assessment methods including structured interviews, psychometric testing and assessment centers.
- Your tasks will include developing and standardizing TA processes, tools and best practices, including recruitment guidelines, interview and assessment approaches, job descriptions… while supporting and training HR and hiring managers on recruitment-related topics.
- Furthermore, you will act as the Divisional representative for the HRIS Recruiting module and oversee the use of recruitment tools and platforms, including referral solutions, assessment platforms and job boards.
- For a continuous improvement supported by data, you will define, monitor and analyze key recruitment KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements across the Division.
- You will contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, partnering with the Group team on social media content, campaigns and candidate engagement activities to strengthen our attractiveness to key talent.
- Finally, you will stay ahead of Talent Acquisition trends and innovation, bringing new market practices, technologies and approaches to strengthen our recruitment capabilities across countries and cultures.
What You Bring:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related social science.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, with proven experience recruiting senior management and leadership positions.
- In-depth knowledge of assessment and selection methodologies, including structured interviews, assessment centers and psychological/psychometric assessments, with a strong understanding of HR diagnostics.
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and matrix environments, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills, combined with a hands-on and collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
Location: Remote (from a European country where the Overland Division is already established)
