About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Social Media Coordinator to support the Global Social Media Team in sharing the MAGIC behind Charlotte Tilbury’s iconic Colour & Complexion products, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their social media career who is eager to learn, grow and develop within a fast-growing, ICONIC British beauty brand. Working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and Global Head of Social, you will support multiple Colour & Complexion campaigns and launches throughout the year, helping shape ideation and strategy and bring fun, engaging and social-first content to life.

You’ll have a strong interest in the social media landscape - particularly Instagram and TikTok - and a genuine curiosity to absorb knowledge from the wider Social team while gaining hands-on experience across campaign strategy, content creation, execution and reporting.

As a Global Social Coordinator you will

• Support content ideation and deliverable planning across multiple Colour & Complexion campaigns and launches working closely with the global marketing, influencer and regional marketing teams.
• Support analysis and reporting on campaign performance (e.g. engagement, reach, views)
• Contribute ideas and support the planning of regular social-first content shoots
• Keep a finger on the pulse of social trends, pop culture and Colour & Complexion competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the team.
• Collaborate with the Copy team to ensure a consistent tone of voice across social channels
• Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team to support cohesive and collaborative execution
• Support in the management of weekly content cadence and scheduling
• Confidently and passionately communicate the Charlotte Tilbury brand, product and campaign story across social platforms
• Support in community engagement across TikTok and Instagram
• Support occasionally in mobile content capture and quick in-app editing

Who you will work with

Global Senior Social Media Manager, Colour & Complexion, Global Head of Social, Colour & Complexion and the wider Social, Marketing & Creative teams.

About you

• Someone seeking their first or next step in a social media career
• Genuinely passionate about social media and pop culture, with a natural instinct for what is trending and culturally relevant
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok (personal, academic or professional)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A strong willingness to learn, develop new skills and support multiple campaigns at pace
• Impeccable attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
• Full of ideas, with a strong awareness of social, beauty and cultural trends
• Excited by a fast-paced, high-growth, scale-up environment
