À propos de ce poste Global People Analytics and HR AI Specialist chez Alfa Laval
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
We are looking for a curious and analytically minded Global People Analytics and HR AI Specialist to join Alfa Laval’s People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning function.
This is an opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in people analytics, HR systems, work technology, or a related field who wants to help shape how data and technology support better people decisions. You do not need extensive experience in every part of the role. What matters most is your analytical capability, technical curiosity, ability to work with people, and motivation to build something new.
The role combines hands-on analysis with coordination, stakeholder management and project management. You will work closely with HR colleagues across the organization and help translate business and people questions into useful insights, practical solutions, and improved ways of working.
The role is based in a hybrid working environment, with regular presence in the office in Lund and collaboration with colleagues across Alfa Laval.
Your responsibilities:
- Coach and support HR colleagues in using data and analytics to answer business and people questions
- Support the establishment and day-to-day coordination of an HR AI CoE, helping colleagues explore use cases, share experiences and adopt AI responsibly. Co-design and deliver training and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Maintain and coordinate established employee survey processes and the Glint platform, ensuring reliable delivery and continuous improvements where needed.
- Coordinate data requests and analyses for annual and sustainability reporting, and ad hoc decision support
- Contribute to team-based deliveries as the scope of the function develops
The role is primarily about analysis, coordination, and helping HR explore, evaluate and adopt new technologies, including automation and AI, with a focus on practical application, responsible use and creating value for the organization. It is not focused on operational HR reporting or building AI solutions.
What you bring
- A few years of experience in HR with analytics, business intelligence, and technology. Non technical HR experience is strongly meriting.
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- An interest and strong curiosity to figure out how to figure out how to make AI practically work in HR
- A strong analytical mindset and practical experience working with data.
- The ability to translate a business question into a meaningful analytical question including critically evaluate and challenge interpretations.
- An understanding or interest to learn of responsible technology use, including data privacy, acceptable use and ethical considerations.
- Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
- A proactive mindset and a desire to make a practical impact
- Experience with tools such as Excel and usage of Power BI; experience with Workday, Glint, or Azure is meriting
- Project management or coordinator experience is meriting
Experience with employee surveys, people analytics, change management, or AI adoption is an advantage, but extensive specialist experience is not required.
Why join us?
You will join a successful and collaborative team at a time when people analytics and AI are developing strongly. This role offers the opportunity to shape Alfa Laval’s employee listening approach, help build new HR AI practices, and develop your skills across analytics, technology, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
