HOURS: Full-time

What you will be doing?

We're looking for a Global Mobility Manager to join our Reward team and help shape the future of international working at Lloyds Banking Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work across international assignments, relocations, international business travel and international remote work, supporting colleagues and the business to operate globally in a compliant and colleague-focused way.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across People & Places, Finance, Legal and our external tax, immigration and relocation partners. A key part of the role will be managing these strategic supplier relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong governance and a positive colleague experience. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of our international working policies and programmes through data-led insights, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for?

• 4+ years' experience in Global Mobility, International Reward, Expatriate Tax or a related field, with exposure to international assignments, relocations and broader international working arrangements.
• Strong working knowledge of expatriate tax, payroll, social security, immigration and compliance considerations associated with international working.
• Experience supporting or managing international assignments, relocations, international business travel and/or international remote work programmes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets, identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, external advisors and business teams, providing practical and risk-based advice.
• Experience developing or supporting mobility policies, governance frameworks and compliance processes, balancing colleague experience, commercial outcomes and risk management requirements
