The Global Marketing Programs Specialist supports the development and execution of global marketing programs, with a particular focus on building and activating co-marketing programs with strategic cloud partners. Working across Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams, this role coordinates joint campaigns, content, events, and other go-to-market initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will be based in Boston, MA, and you’ll work closely with teams around the world as well as with our cloud partnership team and various external vendors. You should be a self-starter, eager to grow your understanding of data management, healthcare, supply chain, financial services, and cloud service provider channels while applying your project management skills and marketing campaign experience to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and tell the InterSystems story.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across cross-functional teams, including integrated marketing campaign planning and execution and product launches

• Build playbooks for product launches and awareness, demand generation, and nurture campaigns to ensure consistent processes and deliverables for the global marketing team
• Help define and continuously improve process and AI-based workflows across the global marketing team using a variety of MarTech tools (Monday.com, Hubspot, etc.)

• Work with Global and Regional Marketing teams for campaign strategy development, execution, and measurement
• Set up core global campaign assets such as landing pages and email nurture streams

• Establish reporting process to track project and campaign metrics, including areas such as improved campaign adoption across regions, increased reuse of global content, faster program execution, stronger stakeholder satisfaction, and demonstrable efficiency gains from AI
• Maintain marketplace listings and descriptions across cloud service provider channels (AWS, Google, Microsoft)
• Partner with Regional Marketing and Sales on go-to-market and field enablement, including cloud service provider channels

Background and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or related discipline
• 4+ years of marketing experience with an understanding of content development, integrated marketing campaign planning and execution, product launches, and AI marketing tools
• Cloud partner marketing experience with AWS, Google, or Microsoft preferred
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, PMP certification a plus
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work on multiple projects
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, including remote global colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
• Inclination to be a self-starter, solution-oriented, and take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools, cloud service provider marketplaces, data management technology, healthcare, supply chain, and/or financial services a plus

• Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products including SharePoint and Copilot, project management tools, AI marketing tools, LLMs, Monday.com, Hubspot, Highspot
