As Global Account HSSE Manager you will own health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) for one of our major global client accounts, turning strategy into practical, visible results. Based in Serbia, you will sit on the Work Dynamics Global HSSE leadership team and help shape how JLL approaches HSSE worldwide. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role for a confident safety leader who enjoys advising senior stakeholders and building a strong safety culture across regions and cultures.

What You'll Do

• Translate the Work Dynamics Global HSSE strategy into clear, operationally relevant objectives for your account, including alignment with the One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together initiatives.
• Lead, develop and structure the regional HSSE teams to deliver consistent, effective HSSE management across the account.
• Champion a Culture of Safety, supported by a clear account-wide HSSE communication plan.
• Advise leaders at all levels on HSSE risk, including legislative changes that could affect service delivery or client occupancy.
• Ensure building risk assessments meet legal requirements and the client's Global Risk Control Standards, and lead incident and accident investigations.
• Oversee HSSE controls, training programmes and assurance activity, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Set and drive HSSE standards for contractors and supply chain vendors, holding third parties accountable to JLL and client requirements.
• Own account KPIs and KRIs, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to the client, Account Leadership and the Global Head of Health & Safety.
• Build trusted relationships with the client, Operations, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Finance, HR, Projects and Corporate Real Estate leads.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in HSSE management within operational management systems, ideally with corporate clients.
• Recognised professional HSSE qualifications and memberships.
• Strong experience developing, implementing and auditing management systems, and a solid grasp of internationally recognised HSSE standards.
• Deep understanding of the HSSE regulatory environment in major markets.
• Experience rolling out HSSE technology platforms and data tools across multiple countries and regions.
• Experience leading large, varied, multi-cultural teams, with an agile leadership style that works well in a matrix organisation.
• Practical knowledge of managing risk across complex, multi-site real estate portfolios, and a knack for solving HSSE issues in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the credibility to coach and engage everyone from site teams to senior executives.
• A positive, proactive, results-driven mindset, with strong ethics, cultural awareness and a collaborative spirit.
