Job Description:

The role is a senior global leader responsible for designing and executing Pluxee’s digital marketing strategy across all geographies and digital channels. This role drives digital brand visibility, customer engagement, demand generation, and performance optimization through a hub-and-spoke model. It leads the global digital marketing team and collaborates closely with local marketing, product, sales, brand, and IT teams to ensure consistent execution and innovation at scale. This role is essential to advancing Pluxee’s ambition to be a SMART LEADER in employee benefits and engagement by driving digital excellence, data-driven performance, and customer-centric personalization.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Governance Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy across all key digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, website, automation). Develop frameworks, processes, and operating models to ensure consistency and scalability of digital initiatives globally. Align global digital marketing strategy with overall brand, commercial, and technology roadmaps. 2. Performance Marketing & Analytics Drive acquisition and engagement through performance marketing programs, paid campaigns, and marketing automation. Own the definition and monitoring of digital KPIs and dashboards across all countries. Lead continuous improvement efforts through data-driven insights and testing (e.g., A/B, multivariate testing, funnel optimization). 3. Digital Channel & Content Optimization Oversee the global website strategy, architecture, and UX in coordination with product and brand. Lead the development of campaign landing pages, microsites, and content hubs optimized for conversion and SEO. Ensure consistency in tone, user journey, and branding across digital platforms. 4. Global-Local Collaboration & Support Operate in a hub-and-spoke model, coordinating with local digital marketing teams to adapt and execute global strategies. Provide strategic direction, toolkits, templates, and best practices to empower local market execution. Collect and integrate feedback from countries to refine global programs and improve relevance. 5. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and develop a global team of digital marketers, specialists, and analysts. Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and performance across the digital marketing community. Support upskilling and enablement of local digital marketing resources. YOU ARE A MATCH IF... Education: Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field. Work Experience: 12–15+ years in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role. Proven track record of leading digital strategy and operations at scale in a B2B2C or platform business model. Experience with digital acquisition, lead generation, and MarTech governance across multiple geographies. Skills & Certifications: Expertise in Salesforce (CRM), marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), SEO/SEM, analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI). Strong knowledge of digital UX, customer journeys, and data-driven campaign management. Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance in digital communication. Languages: For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage. Working Conditions: As per Pluxee HQ policies. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
