This is a mandate for a senior leader who can turn platforms, AI and client experience into one coherent growth agenda for Saxo.

At Saxo, we are redefining how clients interact with investing through platforms, experiences, and AI.

As our new Global Head of AI & Platforms, you will shape Saxo’s client-facing platform strategy and define how AI becomes a natural, trusted part of the investing experience.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, client experience and commercial growth. You will set the direction for Saxo's platform and AI strategy, helping us evolve from being a destination clients visit to becoming a trusted presence wherever they choose to engage, including within the AI tools they already use.

Working closely with the Board of Management, business leaders, technology leadership and key partners, you will turn emerging technologies and market opportunities into clear strategic priorities, client value and business outcomes.

You will lead the AI & Platforms organisation and its leadership team, owning the strategic direction, commercial framing, and narrative for one of Saxo’s most important growth and innovation agendas.

At Saxo, client journeys are organized with end-to-end responsibility for delivering client outcomes across business operations, technology and first line responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Journey 2, which covers Platforms & AI. Journey 2 carries accountability not only for strategy and experience design, but also for how the platform agenda is translated into reliable delivery, operational performance, risk ownership and client impact.

Journey 2: Platforms & AI owns the client-facing platforms, the experiences that connect them, the channels that distribute them and the AI layer that increasingly shapes how clients engage with Saxo. Its scope includes Saxo’s own digital surfaces as well as the places where clients already operate, including the AI tools they use today.

The role also requires the ability to balance Saxo’s core leadership triangle: driving operational efficiency, creating commercial impact and ensuring strong regulatory compliance and risk ownership. Success is not about optimizing one dimension in isolation, but about ensuring all three.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strategic vision, commercial mindset, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to shape both the agenda and the narrative at the highest levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Growth

• Define and drive Saxo's strategy for client-facing platforms, experiences and AI.
• Own Saxo's vision for client-facing AI across our platforms and external AI ecosystems.
• Set the client-facing AI thesis, including Saxo’s own AI on its platforms and Saxo’s presence inside clients’ existing AI tools through concepts such as MCP and Saxo Anywhere.
• Translate technology opportunities into meaningful client and commercial outcomes.
• Shape investment priorities together with senior leadership and the Board of Management.
• Influence investment choices through established portfolios, prioritization forums and Board of Management alignment, shaping strategic direction and execution approach while ensuring ownership of investment decisions remains clear.

Leadership & Organisational Excellence

• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Build alignment across business, technology and product teams around shared strategic objectives.
• Represent Saxo's platform and AI agenda internally, externally and with key partners.
• Champion a client-centric and innovation-driven culture while ensuring trust remains at the center of every strategic bet.
• Balance operational efficiency, commercial outcomes and regulatory compliance when setting priorities, shaping delivery and making trade-offs across the platform and AI agenda.

• Evolve and lead the Journey 2 leadership team with clear accountability, high standards and a shared commitment to client outcomes, commercial impact and ownership.
• Ensure and facilitate an organizational design and culture driving deliveries towards strategic priorities

Your profile

• Significant leadership experience within platforms, digital products, technology, AI or customer experience.
• A proven track record of defining strategy, driving transformation and translating strategic direction into operational action in complex international organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect technology investments with client and business value.
• Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Deep curiosity about AI and how it will transform client experiences, platforms and business models.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire teams and shape strategic direction.
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with high standards and a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of operational efficiency, commercial performance and regulatory compliance, with the judgment to make balanced trade-offs in a regulated, high-trust environment.
• A genuine interest in investing and financial markets, whether developed through your professional experience or your personal investment activities
