Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a CDD Analyst to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own   

CDD Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement

• Document and maintain current and future state processes, procedures and workflows, providing clear, fit-for-purpose artefacts that support decision-making, governance and change delivery
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing due diligence processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement in line with the overall company’s strategic objectives
• Recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and client experience
• Design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and test cases ensuring effective validation of process, system and control changes
• Support the implementation of approved process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, boost productivity, drive cost-effectiveness, and enhance the customer experience
• Complete continuous monitoring of systems and processes to reduce customer friction and increase operational efficiency

Business Analysis

• Gather and support the delivery and adoption of change including but not limited to business case development, impact analysis, reporting of success measures and continuous improvement
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs
• Support the assessment and prioritisation of process enhancement opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage stakeholder teams to align on challenges, identify improvements, and agree solutions to meet business objectives.
• Build strong working relationships across the organisation with an ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
• Clearly present challenges, findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including leadership
• Act as a subject matter expert for CDD processes and operational procedures

Change Implementation Support

• Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria, establish benefit tracking, and measure the outcomes of process enhancements
• Support the implementation of updates to CDD processes, systems and controls
• Assist with user acceptance testing, business readiness and process documentation
• Work with operational teams to embed new ways of working
• Provide support during rollout and post-implementation activities

What you’ll bring

• Experience within Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML or Client Onboarding functions
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills
• Experience documenting business requirements and operational procedures
• Understanding of CDD regulatory requirements and risk management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with operational teams to improve processes and control
