We are currently looking for a GL Accountant - someone with solid technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in financial accounting. The role involves working with more complex accounting topics and contributing to key financial processes within a dynamic, global environment. In this role, you will support the team in statutory and tax‑related activities, contributing to key compliance and reporting processes.

YOU WILL

• Maintain and reconcile GL accounts.
• Prepare VAT declarations and support tax‑related processes.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• Execute tasks related to closing reporting periods.
• Review accounting entries, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.
• Work closely with local and global teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing accounting processes

Requirements

• Practical experience in financial accounting (GL, VAT, month‑end activities).
• Good understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Communicative English
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Availability to work in a hybrid set up - including working from the office located in Cracow.
