About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Working Student to join our Marketing team at Celltrion Healthcare Deutschland. In this role, you will support a variety of marketing initiatives and projects that contribute directly to our product success and overall business strategy.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international healthcare environment while developing your marketing skillset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play an active part in enhancing our market presence and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and website updates
Assist in executing digital marketing activities, including social media management and email campaigns
Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, conferences, and promotional activities
Monitor and track marketing campaign performance and contribute to reporting and KPI analysis
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales and Medical Affairs) to ensure aligned marketing strategies
Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and support segmentation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Basic understanding of marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
