At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

En PwC estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Consultoría Legal Tributaria, quien tendrá un rol clave en el liderazgo y gestión de proyectos de asesoría legal, tributaria y Corporativa, brindando acompañamiento estratégico a clientes y asegurando soluciones de alto valor frente a sus necesidades y desafíos fiscales.

La posición será responsable de liderar proyectos, coordinar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo, revisar entregables técnicos y mantener una relación cercana con clientes y entidades gubernamentales, aportando su experiencia en Derecho Tributario, Administrativo y normativa fiscal vigente.

Requisitos para participar en la vacante:

• Licenciatura en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas.
• Idoneidad profesional para el ejercicio de la abogacía.
• 8 a 12 de experiencia en Derecho Tributario, Fiscal y Administrativo, idealmente en firmas de consultoría, firmas legales o posiciones relacionadas.
• Experiencia liderando proyectos de asesoría legal y tributaria y coordinando equipos de trabajo.
• Capacidad para analizar e interpretar legislación fiscal y normativa aplicable, identificando implicaciones y alternativas para los clientes.
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento con clientes.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
• Experiencia en interacción y gestión de trámites ante entidades gubernamentales.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado, con capacidad de lectura y redacción de documentación profesional.
• Deseable contar con estudios de maestría, posgrado o especialización en Derecho Tributario, Fiscal o áreas afines.

Responsabilidades:

• Liderar proyectos y asesorías en materia legal, tributaria y administrativa, asegurando la calidad técnica de los servicios brindados.
• Brindar asesoría estratégica a clientes en consultas relacionadas con legislación fiscal, obligaciones tributarias y procedimientos administrativos.
• Revisar y validar opiniones legales, informes, análisis normativos, escritos y demás documentación técnica preparada por el equipo.
• Liderar y supervisar trámites y procesos ante la Dirección General de Ingresos, Registro Público y otras entidades gubernamentales, de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada cliente.
• Analizar cambios en la legislación y normativa tributaria, evaluando sus posibles implicaciones y oportunidades para los clientes.
• Gestionar la relación con clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones oportunas y de valor.
• Coordinar, supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de consultoría legal, brindando orientación técnica y promoviendo su crecimiento profesional.
• Administrar simultáneamente diferentes proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de compromisos, estándares de calidad y expectativas del cliente.
• Participar en la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollo de servicios, fortaleciendo las relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios en proyectos que requieran una visión integral de aspectos legales, tributarios y de negocio.
