What will you do?

In this position, you will join our Singapore Transport, Land, & Water business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Assist Senior Geotechnical Engineers with geotechnical engineering design calculations, foundation design, ground improvement, earth-retaining structures, and tunnelling.

• Assist Senior Geotechnical Engineers with preparation of geotechnical engineering design calculation, drawings and Authority submissions

• Review of instrumentation & monitoring data.

• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Client and Authorities.

• To assist in project coordination and attend meetings and site walks as necessary.

The candidate shall possess:

• Recognised Civil Engineering qualification (Bachelor/Master’s Degree) from university recognized by Singapore PE board.

• Sound understanding and application of Singapore design codes, Eurocodes and local practices and commonly used geotechnical analysis software including Plaxis.

• Energetic, proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles.

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in engineering consulting, with a particular focus on geotechnical engineering.
