As Geology Superintendent, you will lead the site's Mine Geology team and provide technical direction across ore control, grade control, geological reconciliation and production geology.

Working at the heart of the operation, you'll partner with Mining, Processing and Technical Services teams to maximise ore recovery, improve mining outcomes and drive continuous improvement across the geology function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Mine Geology team, promoting a strong safety and performance culture.
• Oversee grade control, ore control and geological reconciliation to support production outcomes.
• Maximise ore recovery and minimise dilution through effective geological guidance.
• Coordinate geology activities to meet operational priorities and production requirements.
• Deliver accurate geological reporting, reconciliation and data management.
• Partner with Mining Operations to optimise ore extraction and support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement across geological processes, performance and technical standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental and company requirements.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Geology or a related discipline.
• Membership with AusIMM and/or AIG.
• Significant experience within underground gold mining operations.
• Strong technical capability across grade control, ore control and geological reconciliation.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing geology teams.
• Sound understanding of geological data management and reporting systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
