The Role

Your Role

As the Country General Manager, you will lead Kyndryl’s overall business operations and performance within the country, with accountability for strategic growth, financial results, organizational leadership, and operational excellence. You will guide senior leaders and management teams, shape long-term business direction, drive market expansion, and translate Kyndryl’s vision into sustainable business outcomes while fostering innovation, customer success, and organizational growth.

What You Will Do

• Lead the country organization to achieve operational, financial, and business growth objectives.
• Define and execute the country’s long-term strategy aligned with Kyndryl’s global vision and priorities.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers and leadership teams across the organization.
• Drive business expansion by identifying and pursuing new market, customer, and growth opportunities.
• Establish and implement policies, priorities, and operating frameworks that support business success.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize performance, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Make critical business decisions to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and high performance across the country organization.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee country-wide execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across functions and teams.
• Champion transformational change and continuously improve organizational effectiveness and business impact.

Required Skills and Experience

•10 years in senior leadership positions, with a strong focus on general management, business strategy, and operational oversight
•Experience in managing large teams and directing complex organizational structures, demonstrating an ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
•A deep understanding of business growth strategies, including experience in market expansion, resource allocation, and diversification initiatives, preferably within the IT Strategy & Consulting industry
•Financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and achieve financial objectives, ensuring sustainable profitability

Preferred Skills and Experience

•A degree in business, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
•Experience working in diverse international environments, with an appreciation of cultural nuances and regional market dynamics, is a plus
