  • Drive operational efficiency, standard workflows, and scalable delivery across all business functions.
  • Develop, mentor, and empower team members to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Help lead and scale the Global Horizons annual conference to maximize industry engagement, brand positioning, sponsorship and commercial value

Operational Excellence

  • Build, scale, and align cross-functional teams spanning analysis, product, marketing, and sales execution.

  • Foster an agile, innovation-driven culture rooted in analytical rigor and integrity.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Engage with government agencies, regulatory bodies, think tanks, and industry trade groups.
  • Represent Dow Jones at premier global forums, industry events, and executive conferences focused on geopolitical risk.
  • Collaborate closely with internal legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure alignment with international regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Experience

  • Senior background in government, intelligence agencies, or multinational corporate risk strategy.
